
Red Stripe Music Award 2010: St Albans
Red Stripe Music Award 2010 is set to hit the streets of St Albans with a showcase confirmed at The Horn on March 18th.
Line-Up:
Hey Jupiter
They are a four-piece alternative rock band from Hertfordshire, with Richard Bailey on vocals and guitar, Gary Bates on guitar, Adam Would on bass and Chris Brunton on drums.
Tasha Fights Tigers
This four-piece experimental/electronic band promise poisoned grooves and frenetic, Vishnu fills providing more funk and fuzz than an electro-filth band, while the frontman yelps and growls his way through each song.
The Regency
This rock/blues/indie four-piece features Spencer Arnold on vocals and guitar, James Witham on bass and jumping around, Stuart Horton on guitar and vocals and Adam Potter on drums.
Polly Poison And Her Electric Antidote
This five-piece rock/funk/hip hop band feature Polly Poison on vocals, Sami Sedative on guitar, Duncan Disorderly on drums, Lee Voss on bass and Simon Hadwin on percussion.
Gigs this year will take place around the country from January to April, across 30 of the country’s best live music venues – with even more partners and music industry muscle on board for 2010.
