The Fly’s Twitter followers voted for their track of 2011 and here is the winner. This song arrived in our office sheathed in a jet black envelope many months ago and erupted. Struggling, fidgeting, kicking and screaming its way through four minutes of pulsating rock bombast that Kasabian do so well, ‘Switchblade Smiles’ was an intriguing introduction to Tom, Serge and co.’s ‘Velociraptor!’ album.
