Coldplay announce album release date

Coldplay have announced that their new album will be called ‘Mylo Xyloto’.

Pronounced ‘my-lo zy-letoe’, the album will be released on 24th October on Parlophone Records.

The new album follows the band’s 2008 release, ‘Viva La Vida’, which was number one in 36 countries, including the UK and US.

‘Paradise’, the follow up to the band’s current single, ‘Every Teardrop Is A Waterfall’, will be released on 12th September.
