The Cure Reveal Special Show

28 Sep 2011

The Cure are set to perform their first three albums in their entirety at the Royal Albert Hall.

They’ll be playing every track from their debut ‘Three Imaginary Boys’ (1979) and its follow ups ‘Seventeen Seconds’ (1980) and ‘Faith’ (1981) on 15th November.

The Reflections show has already been to Australia, and will be showcased in Los Angeles and New York after it comes to London.

Each album set will last 40 minutes, and the band will play a half hour encore of songs that fans most want to hear at the show, which will also see Robert Smith and the current line-up reunite with former members of the band.

The show will be The Cure‘s second in Europe this year, having performed earlier this month at Bestival.

It was also announced yesterday that The Cure have been shortlisted for inclusion in next year’s Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame.

Tickets for Reflections are available from Friday 30th September.
