Pete Doherty To Star In Film

Pete Doherty is to star in a new British horror film entitled ‘Rock And Roll Fuck ‘n’ Lovely’, set to be released later this year.

The film follows a band and their rock and roll antics on tour, including what appears to be a gruesome death.

It has been described as a ‘dark and fantastical touring tale with a little rock n’ roll on the side just for good measure…This is a rock and roll drama, a tale that exposes the rumours surrounding a mythical festival tour (or is it just the drugs?)’

The film, which is the directional debut from Joshua Bagnall, also features Babyshambles guitarist Mik Whitnall and Muse/The Streets multi-instrumentalist Morgan Nichols alongside the former Libertines frontman.

A trailer for the film has been released online.
