Dizzee With Excitement

Dizzee Rascal has hit the top of the charts with current single ‘Dance Wiv Me’. The track, which features a guest appearance from Scottish electro-popper Calvin Harris, ends Ne-Yo’s one week reign at the top. The rapper spoke to MTV Base about the success of the song, which was released on his own Dirtee Stank label, saying, “It feels good to be number one on downloads right now. I’m willing to just do different things all the time, and now obviously I’ve finally nailed a pop record.”

Elsewhere, Coldplay have maintained their number one position in the album chart for a fourth week with ‘Viva La Vida…’.
