Glasto Hopefuls

Glastonbury organiser Emily Eavis has announced that her headliner hopefuls for next year are Radiohead and Coldplay.

Eavis told the Mirror online that the two were “great

Glastonbury bands”. She also fuelled rumours by revealing “It would be really good to have an appearance by Led Zeppelin too, that’s one band who haven’t played here”. However, Eavis added “it’s really hard to say at the moment for definite who’s going to play next year.”

Registered members will be able to place a £50 reserve on tickets from 5^th October, with full payment due in April 2009. This will be the first year fans will face no limit on the number of tickets they can buy or reserve.
