Guillemots have announced a new tour for this November, performing at theatres, factories, caves and concert halls across the
UK.
The band will perform in a Cornish cave,
Lancaster’s main public library, an old factory and a converted cinema in the heart of
Edinburgh as well as many more surreal locations. Each show will commence with a selection of short films re-scored live by the band. Frontman Fyfe says, “We want to get to places that are off the usual touring circuit that’s reeled out, and really mix around the type of venues we’re at each night. It makes it more fun for us and audiences too. And the set will be different as well. We’ll definitely be trying out something we’ve never played live before.”
