Well isn’t this shaping up to be the week of the reunion? First The Verve and now Weezer – like that annoying couple at school who are always breaking up and making up after a bad fight (or crap album) have revealed that they are working on new material due out in 2008. According to their website, lead singer Rivers stated that the band is ‘just polishing up a batch of songs for a recording session that is going to start at the beginning of July.’
