Fleet Foxes Win Best Art Work Award

Fleet Foxes’ eponymous debut album has garnered the Best Art Vinyl Award for 2008.

The album cover which features part of Pieter Bruegel’s painting, ‘Netherlandish Proverbs’, beat the artwork on both Coldplay and Roots Manuva’s latest offerings which came in at number two and three.

Cover art from Goldfrapp, Elbow and Santogold also featured in the top ten which will be showcased at the London Rough Trade East store this month.
