SHINS SINGLE RELEASE

3rd September 2007 will see the release of The Shins new single ‘Turn On Me’.

The third offering from the New Mexico popsters newest album ‘Wincing The Night Away’ will be released on CD and digital formats, as well as a magnificent 10” vinyl, which includes a natty remix by Peter Bjorn & John.

An exclusive version of Pink Floyd’s ‘Breathe’ – recently recorded on Dermot O’Leary’s Radio 2 session – will appear on the vinyl release, as will their previously unreleased theme tune from popular US TV series ‘Weeds’.

Having shifted 200,000 copies of ‘Wincing The Night Away’, the band have this year wangled a spot on the Carling Festival’s main stage for the first time.
