COLDPLAY GO HISPANIC

Coldplay have revealed their new album will have a Hispanic theme. A handwritten message has been posted on their site revealing how “the sights, sounds and flavours of Latin America and Spain have definitely been infused into this album”. The band visited Argentina, Chile, Brazil and Mexico earlier this year. They are now recording in Barcelona. The message tells of how they are travelling light and setting up wherever they can, moving from church to church.

The album will be the follow up to 2005’s ‘X & Y’ and expected to be released in 2008.
