Karen O Unveils Solo Album Details

Karen O, frontwoman of Yeah Yeah Yeahs has revealed details of her debut solo record and first single.

The lead singer of the New York act will preview her album which is a soundtrack to the forthcoming ‘Where The Wild Things Are’ film with the single ‘All Is Love’.

Karen O’s solo album not only features Yeah Yeah Yeahs band mates Nick Zinner and Brian Chase but also Deerhunter’s Bradford Cox, Dean Fertita of Queens Of The Stone Age, Liars’ Aaron Hemphill and a children’s choir.

‘All Is Love’ will be available from August 25th, with the album to follow on September 29th.

‘Where The Wild Things Are’, which is directed by Karen O’s ex boyfriend Spike Jonze, will open in cinemas on October 16th.
