Them Crooked Vultures Make UK Debut
Them Crooked Vultures performed their first UK show last night (August 26th), as the secret support slot for Arctic Monkeys.
The supergroup, which features Foo Fighters Dave Grohl, Queens Of The Stone Age’s Josh Homme and John Paul Jones of Led Zeppelin played their metal inspired rock for three quarters of an hour.
Frontman Josh Homme was in typically hostile spirits, telling the audience that they could “do whatever you want tonight,” before turning on one of the stage’s bouncer saying, “This guy works for me, he might be smiling but I’ll fire his ass. If you want to dance, dance, you’re supposed to have a good time.”
Them Crooked Vultures are rumoured to be playing a special set this weekend at Reading and Leeds Festivals.
