Thom Yorke And New Band To Play Tonight

Thom Yorke has revealed that his new solo band will make their live debut earlier tonight (October 2nd).

Although the group, which includes Red Hot Chili Peppers bassist Flea and long-term producer Nigel Godrich were due to play their first show on Sunday (October 4th), the Radiohead singer has confirmed that they will perform this evening.

Writing on the Dead Air Space blog, Thom Yorke said:

“so yes that band thats doesnt really have a name that im working with at the moment??????
have decided to do a warm-up show on Friday Oct 2nd around 9pm at the Echoplex in Los Angeles
Its not that big, it’ll be total chaos and its kind of a rehearsal but .. if you are near by..

Tickets are available from Ticketweb.com, and the band will still play the city’s Orpheum Theatre on October 4th and 5th.
