Coldplay For Intimate Charity Show

Coldplay have revealed an intimate charity show in December.

In support of Mencap’s Big Noise Sessions, the show will take place on December 19th at Exeter Castle. “I don’t think there could be a better way to end the decade – La Roux, Lily Allen, Jo Whiley – what more can you ask for?” Coldplay frontman Chris Martin said about the line-up for this show. “We’re proud to support Mencap and, for me, it’s exciting to play my hometown. We haven’t played there since 2000. It’s going to be really, really special.”

Tickets for this Christmas charity show will go on sale in three stages, the first on December 8th to paying subscribers on the Little Noise Sessions website, the second will get sold at HMV Exeter on December 10th, and the remaining batch put on general sale via HMV’s official website on the 11th. Tickets for the show will cost £50.
