Bloc Party Guitarist Launches Side-Project

Bloc Party guitarist Russell Lissack has returned to his Pin Me Down side-project, announcing a free download available from Pin Me Down’s website today. As Bloc Party embark on an extended hiatus, ‘Time Crisis’ is available as a free download from www.pinmedown.net.

Pin Me Down, a collaboration between Lissack and New Yorker Milena Mepris, were formed in 2007 and released a single, ‘Cryptic’, on Kitsune last year. ‘Time Crisis’ was recorded in London with Daniel Lingren and Jamie Ellis, with Mepris adding the vocals in New York.
