NO PROSPEKTS FOR COLDPLAY

Coldplay have denied that their new album is going to be called ‘Prospekt’.

Writing on the band’s website, the blog describes the ‘painstaking’ process of mixing the album and cheekily points out that it will not be called ‘Prospekt’ as previously reported.

Two track names have also been confirmed: ‘Lovers In Japan’ and ‘Strawberry Swing’, which the band recorded before Christmas.

The band’s fourth album will hopefully be finished in the next month, with a release date of May 19.
