Barclaycard Mercury Prize Nominees Revealed

Biffy Clyro, Paul Weller, Corinne Bailey Rae and Dizzee Rascal are some of the acts nominated for this year’s 2010 Barclaycard Mercury Prize.

Announced this morning (July 20th) the 12-strong list were revealed at a press conference at London’s Hosptial Club. As highly predicted, The XX feature, whilst Fly cover stars Wild Beasts and Laura Marling have also been nominated.

The 2010 Barclaycard Mercury Prize shortlist is:
