JARVIS AND DITTO HELP THE HOMELESS

Gossip frontlady Beth Ditto and large-spectacled indie ledge Jarvis Cocker are teaming up for charity.

The pair joined together to cover the Heaven 17 classic ‘Temptation’ at last year’s NME Awards, and their version will now be released to raise cash for Shelter, the charity for the homeless.

Says Jarvis: “It has taken a full twelve months for the world to be ready for this track – I hope you enjoy it as much as we enjoyed performing it.”

The song is only available from iTunes, either as an audio track or video download.

Says Shelter bigwig Adam Sampson: “We are delighted that two of the hottest names in the music business are donating the profits from this single to us. By downloading ‘Temptation’ you’ll not only get a great track, but you’ll be raising money to help homeless and badly housed people across Britain.”
