Glastonbury Tickets Go On Sale Next Month

Glastonbury organisers have confirmed that tickets for the 2011 event will go on sale on October 3rd.

Tickets for next year’s Glastonbury will go on sale from 9am (BST) on the day, with festival goers paying in full or a £50 deposit per person, as in previous years.

Once the deposit has been paid, the next instalment will not be taken until April 1st next year. International ticket buyers will have between February 25th and March 3rd to settle their payment.

Madonna, Coldplay, Radiohead and Beyonce have been rumoured to headline the 2011 festival, but so far only U2 have been asked by organisers to perform after having to cancel their 2010 slot.
