The Libertines Rumoured For Glastonbury

The Libertines are rumoured  to be playing this summer’s Glastonbury Festival.

The Sun newspaper today claims that the band are set to play the Other Stage at the festival.

However, guitarist Carl Barat has revealed he has had “no dialogue” with his bandmates about appearing at Worthy Farm.

Barat did not rule out the prospect of festival appearances this summer adding, “It’d be nice to do a few, if we get the old machine up again.”

The Libertines reunited last summer for performances at Reading and Leeds Festivals.
