Arcade Fire Triumph At The Grammys

Arcade Fire were among the winners at last night’s Grammy Awards.

The Canadians won in the best album category for last year’s ‘The Suburbs.’

American stars Lady Gaga, Jay-Z and Eminem won in several categories.

Lady Gaga took home three awards including best pop vocal whilst the rappers  picked up three and two awards respectively.

Country act Lady Antebellum won five awards, including song of the year, meanwhile Florence & The Machine and Mumford & Sons were beaten to best new artist by Esperanza Spalding.

Both Florence Welch and Mumford and Sons performed at the ceremony.
