Interpol Bassist Quits

Dave Pajo has become the second bassist in a year to leave Interpol.

Pajo told the band’s official website that he is leaving the band to spend more time with his family.

He will be replaced by Brad Truax, who has previously played with Home and Jah Division.

Pajo had been a touring member of the band since Carlos Dengler’s departure in May last year.

A band statement said: “He’s going to be missed to be sure. Aside from being an exceptional musician, Pajo is a wonderful person to be around.”
