Beady Eye Release Beatles Cover

Beady Eye have confirmed the release of a Beatles cover.

Liam Gallagher’s band have recorded a version of ‘Across The Universe’ to aid the relief effort in Japan.

Beady Eye recorded the track at Abbey Road Studios and played it during a special fund-raising event at London’s Brixton Academy on Sunday (3rd April).

The song is available to download from beadyeyemusic.com now, proceeds will go to the British Red Cross Japan Tsunami Appeal.

Paul Weller, Graham Coxon, Primal Scream, The Coral and Richard Ashcroft and Stereophonics’ Kelly Jones also performed at the event.
