Blink 182 Work On New Album

Blink 182 drummer Travis Barker has said that the band are working on a new album together, which could be released this summer.

The album, which will be thier first in eight years, is as yet untitled. In 2009 the band reunited following a four-year split.

Since their last release the members have been pursuing individual commitments, which for Barker have included recording and touring with The Transplants, as well as working with hip-hop artists on solo album ‘Give The Drummer Some’.

According to Barker, the new album is “a little more than halfway through,” and though the timing schedule is not confirmed, he is hoping for a summer release and tour.
