Paul McCartney Organises Covers Album

Paul McCartney is organising the compilation of a covers album of his songs.

The Cure, Kiss and Billy Joel are among the acts reported to be taking part.

The album will feature cover versions of Paul McCartney’s solo songs alongside tracks by his band, Wings.

McCartney’s son James has collaborated with The Cure for the album, although the track they worked on together has not been revealed.

The release date for the album is yet to be confirmed.
