LCD Soundsystem Cover Franz Ferdinand

Domino Records have released information about a number of special releases for Record Store Day, which will be available exclusively through independent outlets on 16th April.

The releases will include tracks by artists including Arctic Monkeys, Queens Of The Stone Age, Wild Beasts and The Kills.

LCD Soundsystem have contributed to a special EP of Franz Ferdinand covers for Record Store Day which is also being released by Domino, you can listen to their version of ‘Live Alone’ now:

A number of bands from the Domino roster will also be playing in stores around the UK on the 16th April.

Wild Beasts will perform at Rough Trade East in London at 3pm, Steve Mason in Tower Records, Dublin at 12.45pm and Malachai at Rise in Bristol at 4pm.
