Arcade Fire Announce New Tracks

Arcade Fire are planning to release a deluxe version of their critically acclaimed 2010 album ‘The Suburbs’ featuring two brand new tracks.

The Canadian band told Radio 1 DJ Zane Lowe about their plans for the release on his show, and he will be showcasing the two new songs ‘Speaking In Tongues’ and ‘Culture War’ on May 23rd.

The new version of the album will be relelased on June 27th, and will also include ‘Scenes From The Suburbs’, a short film by Spike Jonze, and a making-of documentary.

The original album ‘The Suburbs’, was released in August 2010 and topped both the UK and US album charts. It also won the Grammy and Canadian Juno for ‘Album Of The Year’, as well as the BRIT award for ‘Best International Album.’
