Doves (minus drummer Andy Williams, who was apparently on babysitting duty) arrived at The Fly HQ to perform two songs from their captivating new album ‘Kingdom Of Rust’ for FlyTV In The Courtyard. Sandwiched inbetween a skip and a fire extinguisher, the Manc melancholics performed ‘Kingdom Of Rust’ and 'Winter Hill', with singer Jimi Goodwin admitting that he was probably more nervous playing in front of us and a small gabble of our colleagues than he was playing in front of thousands. It all makes for, dare we say, the best Fly TV In The Courtyard yet...
