First single from Edinburgh’s Broken Records is a lingering, luscious micro-epic. Drifting the commotion of seven multi-instrumentalists, the vocals are sometimes urgent and sometimes poignant - massive throughout against a string-heavy, slowly-flourishing backdrop. Understated and exciting.
