The Kingsize Five

‘Capricorn’

(Little Genius Recordings)

A bit of cheating here: this is technically the b-side (whatever that means nowadays) of 1950s-style lindy-hoppin’ jazzbos TKF’s new single. But it’s got guest vox courtesy Johnny from Dogs, and it’s a groovy, organ-led skank punctuated by delicious swing-era horns, so bloody there.

Love it, love it, love it. In an alternative paradigm, The Kingsize Five would be numero uno and I would be their queen You should check em out

Checked em - they rock - or ahem, more correctly they swing hard. Can't belive they got covered here in the home of all things indie. Keep it up chaps -one day your voice will be heard.
